WINTER ‘HARVEST’ BOWL

Preheat oven to 400F. Add butternut squash to a tray with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon, then bake for 30 minutes. Cut brussel sprouts and season with coconut aminos, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil. Air fry the brussel sprouts for 12 minutes at 400F. Cook 2 chicken sausages in a pan at medium heat until done, then cut them up. Add butter lettuce and balsamic vinegar to a bowl, then add the cooked squash, brussel sprouts, chicken sausage, avocado, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
