Unbeatable Spinach & Sweet Potato Chickpea Bowl

1) Steam green beans or add green beans to a pan with some water and wait until water evaporates completely. Add garlic powder, salt, and olive oil and cook until a little toasted.

2) Cut 1 sweet potato, add cinnamon, salt, and olive oil. Coat well and roast at 400F for 20-30 minutes.

3) Rinse can of chickpeas and remove as much 'skin' as possible. Add to a pan with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook on medium-high until crispy.

4) Add all prepared ingredients to a bed of spinach with balsamic vinegar. Top with 1/4 avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning, and balsamic glaze.
