A beautiful nourish bowl inspired by sweetgreen's OG harvest bowl and other fall flavors, packed with plant-based fiber from sweet potato and apples, healthy fats from pecans and goat cheese, protein from turmeric chicken, micronutrients from alfalfa sprouts, and a delicious fall-inspired honey mustard balsamic dressing.

chicken breast tenderloins

1 box chicken breast tenderloins

1 bunch lacinato kale

1 oz goat cheese

Instructions

SWEET POTATO: Chop the small sweet potato into small squares. Season with olive oil spray, cinnamon, and sea salt. Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes.

CHICKEN: Remove fat from chicken breast tenders and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, turmeric, and paprika. Heat a little olive oil in a pan at medium-high heat and grill each side twice. Option to lower heat, make holes in chicken with a fork, and add some Worcestershire sauce.

CHOP: Thinly slice 1/3 of an apple, and chop 1/8 cup pecans and 1/8 cup dried cranberries.

WASH: Wash a handful of alfalfa sprouts and a couple handfuls of lacinato kale (then cut it up).

DRESSING: Add 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1-2 large tablespoons Dijon mustard, a couple squeezes of honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a bowl and mix with a fork.

BUILD: Add all prepared ingredients to your bowl and enjoy!
