Instructions

LAYER 1: Mix together 1 cup of blended gluten free oats, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Add this mixture to a silicone tray as the first layer and place in the fridge.

LAYER 2: While the first layer chills, mix together 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Once the first layer is set, add this peanut butter mixture on top as the second layer and return to the fridge.

LAYER 3: Microwave or melt on a pan 60g dark chocolate and 1 tbsp coconut oil until smooth. Once the second layer is set, pour this melted chocolate mixture on top as the third layer. Add the tray back to the fridge (or freeze) until firm.

Store the dessert cups in the fridge or freezer and enjoy as a healthy dessert.
