Balanced Brekky Bowl

1. Add olive oil spray to a heated pan on medium-high heat and cook 2 slices of turkey bacon until crispy.
2. Add 2 eggs + 1 egg white to a separate pan on medium-high heat with olive oil spray and begin scrambling.
3. As the eggs start to cook, add chopped cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and a dash of parmesan cheese to create "pizza eggs."
4. Toast 1 slice of good seed bread (like Dave's Killer Bread) and top with 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper.
5. Assemble your plate with the crispy turkey bacon, "pizza eggs," and cottage cheese toast. Enjoy!
